WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

Code 0taku accept payments by credit and debit card. (Visa, mastercard, american express, paypal, amazon pay, google pay, apple pay and diners club. This also goes for Code 0taku gift cards and store credit.

 

SHIPPING/PROCESSING

 

All packages are mailed through USPS/UPS. To ensure your package arrives at the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Code 0taku is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ and is in the hands of USPS/UPS, we have no control over the package.

 

PRE-ORDER

 

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet released; to order (something) in advance; to request to purchase (something) before it is available for sale; to order (goods) in advance, before they are available; to order (an item) prior to the official release or sale date, for later delivery.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you don’t really love your new apparel, then you can return the unused item(s) for a full refund of the price that was paid if it meets the terms below.

 

We will gladly refund or exchange the unwashed, unworn and ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of your delivery date. You must have original receipt with paid price on it.

 

HOW TO RETURN APPAREL

 

Returning by mail:

1. Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags in the original product packaging, whenever possible.

2. For all returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Ship the return package to: 512 N Hampton #210, DeSoto  TX 75115

 

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

 

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment (same credit or debit card) as the original purchase. Shipping/handling charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours via email at code0taku.assist@yahoo.com.
